Apply for
appointment:
Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis (for HEATING
assistance ONLY on this web site). If you need help with anything
other then a HEAT bill, you must call (509) 248-6751.
You will need to
fill in:
1) total number
of people in the household
2) your name
3) your address
4) your phone
number (Please ensure that you will be available at the phone
number you provide.)
5) and ALL
income from the 3 months prior to the month of your appointment.
Fill out required boxes and then click "submit
application request" button.
When you complete the application and it is determined that you MAY
qualify you will be presented with a confirmation page to print.
