OIC of Washington
operates two distinct employment and training
programs through the Workforce Investment Act.
Working with enrolled participants,
educators, and employers to provide
services so that the participants
will attain self-sufficiency.
Each person develops an individual plan to complete high school, gain
literacy skills, proceed to post-secondary and
vocational institutions to obtain the
proficiency
necessary to get the job they want.
We also work
with employers to upgrade
participants occupational skills,
giving them real experiences
on a work site.
