Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) has over 30 years of experience providing quality job training, education, and other services “…so that people of all colors and creeds can live their lives with greater human dignity.”

Customers of the Washington Farmworker Investment Program (WIA 167) may be eligible for the OIC employment and training programs. Our Washington Farmworker Investment Program provides eligible Farmworkers and their dependents with training and assistance to obtain year-round, full-time employment in higher paying jobs.

OIC of Washington serves the Farm workers and their families of Washington and is committed to promoting economic stability and prosperity for farmworkers and their families.

The WIA 167 program can provide a variety of support services that assist customers as they progress towards their employment goal, or to retain current employment.

Prior to placing customers in high-demand jobs an intensive assessment of the participating individual is taken to determine educational and skills abilities. Training services are provided in a manner that is both attainable and practical to the participants we serve. The primary goal is to place customers in a high-demand job in Washington.
