CPR & First AED Training (English/Spanish)

This course will go over life saving techniques for CPR and First AED. CPR is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to manually preserve brain function and maintain blood circulation when the heart has stopped beating or when breathing is inadequate. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a portable electronic device designed to analyze the heart's rhythm and deliver an electric shock to restore a normal heartbeat in cases of sudden cardiac arrest.
