OIC Community Needs Assessment

OIC of Washington conducts a comprehensive assessment to identify the community's strengths, challenges, and available resources in order to effectively address the community's needs. In order to enhance our services to the community, it is essential for us to conduct a self-assessment while also recognizing the community's assets and requirements. As a designated Community Action Agency for Upper Yakima, Grant, and Adams counties, we are required by federal funders to conduct community needs assessments (CNA) every three years.
