Since 1971 OIC of Washington is a nonprofit Community Action Agency with a staff of over 90 professionals, serving in 13 rural counties and assisting more than 15,000 individuals each year. We are an innovative, mission-driven agency, and continually seek to improve the services we provide and offer new programs that meet the needs of our communities.
