PROGRAM SPECIALIST 2 (NFJP)

Location: Moses Lake, WA Salary/Wage: $20.57 - $26.84/hr

Full-Time 

This professional level, full-time position is responsible for the delivery of the National Farmworker Jobs Program in the assigned communities. The Program Specialist 2 is responsible for providing outreach and recruitment efforts to the migrant and seasonal farmworker community by attending community events, scheduling meetings at places of employment. This position is also responsible preparing clients for their future employment by assisting them with the skills and tools needed to achieve better career opportunities. The Program Specialist 2 will conduct the required assessments, provide counseling, education, employment preparation, job development and related services to eligible participants. Establishes a high-quality professional relationship with OIC participants, businesses, community partners, and employers to meet the program goals and objectives. Ensures services to clients are provided in a manner which is aligned with the OIC of WA mission ensuring all communication is done in a positive and compassionate manner.


PROGRAM specialist 3

Location: Mt. Vernon, WA  |  Salary/Wage: $23.96 - $31.21/hr

Full-Time 

The Program Specialist 3 position is a lead position developed to improve the economic and educational status of eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families.  Provide assessments, counseling, education, employment preparation, job development and related services to eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in a positive and compassionate manner. 


PROGRAM SPECIALIST 3 (SSVF) 

Location: Pasco, WA  |  Salary/Wage: $23.96 per hour

Full-Time 

The Program Specialist 3 will provide supportive service to Veterans and their families in this grant funded program. This position will provide case management services to Veterans to develop and execute individual housing plans which will enhance housing security to eligible Veterans. The person in this position will meet with potential candidates, assess their eligibility by reviewing the required documentation for the program and determining eligibility. Ensure participants receive assistance needed to promote housing stability, including but not limited to: consulting with participants to conduct needs assessment, working with participants to create individualized housing stability plans include specific plans and specific goals, monitoring participants from the time of intake until they exit the program, and ensuring participants obtain needed supportive services, re-evaluate participant eligibility, per program requirements.


Chief human resource officer

Location: Yakima, WA  |  Salary/Wage: $96,666.00 - $112,927.00 per year

Full-Time 

Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team. This position is a member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic direction, expertise, guidance, insights, and decision-making for the organization's initiatives and operations, ensuring cohesiveness and alignment with the organization's overall mission, values, strategic plan, and goals. The CHRO is hands-on and responsible for Labor and Industries, FMLA, unemployment, benefits, and other employee programs. Oversees and completes tasks to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and agency policies.


Housing Auditor/Inspector (Yakima)

Location: Yakima, WA  |  Salary/Wage: $18.82 per hour DOE

Full-Time 

Evaluate the energy efficiency and health/safety components of a building. Gather data, conduct instrument tests and use energy modeling software to identify areas for savings and reduction of energy consumption, improve the safety, and increase the lifespan of the building; while improving the quality of life and comfort for the occupants. This position will report to the Housing Project Supervisor to receive approval to move a project forward in the multi-program department.


PROGRAM Instructional Tutor (HEP)

Location: Yakima, WA  |  Salary/Wage: $18.84 - $24.56/hr

Full-Time 

As a lead instructor of the High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) academic instructional team, the educational instructor (EI) will coordinate the academic activities, design the academic advising structure, programming, and instructional support curriculum. Lead the administration of the HEP Educational Assessments and Occupational Evaluations to determine the student's reading, math, language, and communication skill levels. Provide HEP students with HSED preparation assistance and instruction to graduate with HSED credentials including academic instruction in Common Core State Standards in math, science, language arts, writing, reading, and social studies.
