Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington is a non-profit organization providing community services through federal, state, and local funding sources. Headquartered in Yakima, locations include Moses Lake, Pasco, Sunnyside, and Wenatchee.

Mission Statement: The Mission is to help in the elimination of unemployment, poverty, illiteracy, and racism so all people can live with greater human dignity.

On June 1, 2022 we opened up our doors to the public! In order to keep everyone safe, please adhere to the instruction provided on signage around each OIC of Washington buildings. Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and to decrease your chance of getting and spreading it, we will continue doing screenings (temp checks) at the entrance of our buildings. Masks are available, but not required.
